3Residen Progress – September 2010
It’s been a while since my last update on 3 Residen @ Melawati. After a week of raya holiday, we can’t wait to see what are the additions compared to last month progress. So, we drop by at the site last week to look at the current progress. Some changes that i have seen is the installation of window frames, window glass, balcony railing and more floors have been painted. You can also noticed that they have installed the trellises to the windows for the upper floors of 3Residen Block B.
The picture below shows you the 3 Residen’s Block B and from that picture we can clearly see the rooftop which for me is really beautiful. The lower floors still haven’t been applied the additional paint coating yet. The temporary guard house for construction has also been relocated further down.
The picture below shows the picture of 3 Residen’s Block A. As you can see, they have installed part of the window for penthouse unit.

We can see clearly the guard house and entrance statement to 3 Residen in the pictures below. Still have a lot of work to be done to complete it. And i believe they are now resurfing the road that leads to the entrance of 3 Residen.
I have zoomed in to Block A in the pictures below. We can see the balcony railing in white colour and also the window glass have been installed to the first four floors.
From MRR2 i can saw that they have installed the trellises at the parking podium but i don’t have the picture with me. If they are planning to complete it by end of this year, i think there are still lots of thing to do. I hope they won’t sacrifice the quality just to complete it in time.

aku pon prefer awal tahun depan. yg penting biar rumahnya siap berkualiti skit. takut diorang nak kejar dateline, nanti dia abaikan plak kualiti. baik dapat lambat dari dapat awal tapi penuh dengan defect

cant wait to do the renovation before move in..especially for my territory..i.e my kitchen!we purchased the unit in late 2007, so terasa lamanyaaaa la menunggu..hopefully they can complete it per schedule with very very minimum defect..

boleh tahan jugaklah harganya. kalau sape2 yg baru kerja tu, simpanlah duit utk beli rumah sbb harga rumah skang makin mahal. tak payah beli kereta mahal2 sbb harga kereta akan jatuh. beli je kereta biasa asalkan boleh bawa kita dari point a ke point b. dah ada duit banyak, barulah upgrade beli kereta best skit

Seems not much progress compared between September and October.
Progress deemed as slow for now. Other projects are making a lot of progress. Maybe Sime have too much work in-hand nowadays.
they are now focusing more on the infra (roads,drainage) outside 3residen. hopefully they can finish the infra works by end of this month

Skrg ni memang takde bumi discount dah kot.
Seems masa ni byk repair works on the lower units of Block B.
Not much progress but maybe ada progress in the interrior finish.
Mohd Arief: Masa saya beli bumi diskaun masih ada sebab saya ni antara pembeli terawal. Sekarang ni progress luaran memang tak banyak sgt. lebih pada repair works. Tapi dah mula nampak fencing yg memisahkan bangunan KLFA dan 3Residen dipasang kat site.

Mahal sgt dah. Masa launching dah tgk tapi reluctant. Skrg dah beli lak and harga dah mahal. Sesal tak guna.
U sure going to gain a lot. at least 100k.
betul tu bro. dulu waktu beli pon dah rasa macam mahal, tapi bila tgk harga naik sampai 100k, rasa macam murah pulak waktu beli dulu. tapi rasanya kunci akan dapat next year. nanti berjiranlah kita yer. hehe.
kena start setup community yg strong dr sekarang. baru nak maintain building senang bila dah ada strata
